It is quite complicated to reach the destination by public transport.

The trip takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. If you decide to get there by public transport, probably the most convenient is to take bus 119 from Terminal 1 or 2 to the metro station 'Nádraží Veleslavín' on the metro A line (green line). From there, take the A line to the metro station 'Muzeum', change to Metro C (red line) and get off at the metro station “Budějovická”, from where you take bus 332, 335, 337 or 339 to the bus stop Vestec, Safina. Then walk for 9 minutes to the venue (see the map of Public Transport to the Venue). Use a single ride ticket for five zone for (Czk 40). Alternatively, use CZK 160 24 hour ticket for Prague and outlying zones, or the 24 hour (72 hour) ticket for Prague and pay CZK 12 to the driver on the 3xx bus. You will need fairly exact change to pay on the bus, they will not take higher denomination banknotes or cards. You can also buy the CZK 12 ticket at the airport in advance, avoiding the hassle of paying to the driver on the 3xx bus. ATTENTION: ALL TICKETS (EVEN THE 24 H AND 3 DAY TICKETS ON THE FIRST USE) NEED TO BE VALIDATED IN ONE OF THE YELLOW/ORANGE MACHINES ON THE BUS, TRAM, OR WHEN ENTERING METRO.

In case you decide to use public transport to get to the venue from the airport you can find the information or buy tickets at the public transport info centers at the airport:
Public transport info centers at Prague Airport
www.dpp.cz/en/info-centres-at-prague-airport

The info centers are located in the arrival halls of both terminals and are open daily from 7:00 to 21:00. They offer, free of charge, all the relevant information on the operation of public transport in Prague, its routes, timetables and fares. In addition to this information, they offer in particular:
- single-trip and short-term tickets valid for twenty-four hours or for one day (a ticket costs 110 CZK for the Prague area or 160 CZK (extended to zone 1-4), or three days (a ticket costs 310 CZK for Prague)
- timetables for trams and buses (from any stop)
- a map of Prague with its public transport network.

It is reasonable to use taxis from the airport.
Official taxi transport from Prague Airport: FIX Taxi and Taxi Praha
www.prg.aero/en/parking-transport/transport/official-taxi/
We recommend using FIX Taxi or Taxi Praha, which are the official taxi companies operating at the airport. You can find taxis in front of the arrivals halls of both terminals. The fare from the airport to the conference venue/ hotels could be expected to be around 600 CZK (a higher fare is possible depending on the current traffic situation). Of course, you can also use Uber.
